OUR POLICIES & ASKS

no shows & late cancellations

A class must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to start. Otherwise, it will be considered a late cancelation and will cause the student to lose the class credit. This applies to all students who are absent from, late to class or cancel within 2 hours.

If a class is not canceled within the 2-hour window and the student is absent, they will be subject to a $10 fee.

In case of an emergency, contact us at [email protected].

on-time arrival

At times we have a member of our Front Desk present to receive and lock the door after a late arrival. However, sometimes the teacher will have to lock the doors at the start of class if there is no Front Desk team member available.

To ensure we are able to optimize the time set aside for class, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class in order to park and settle in.

mindful care of the space

Please help us maintain a sacred space by maintaining the following mindfulness measures during your visit:

Speak in hushed tones and step outside to use cell phones

Practice diligent hygiene and discernment when using blankets

Wipe down blocks and mats after each use

Carefully place accessories back as you found them
